How to make a complaint
We are committed to providing the highest levels of care to all our customers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your car or the service we supplied, then please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us continually improve our service to you.
If for any reason you need to make a complaint you can contact us via telephone, email, or post. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days. We aim to resolve customer complaints as quickly as possible, although the length of time may vary. If we are unable to reach a prompt conclusion we will contact you to keep you updated and offer expected timescales.
